The award-winning journalist spent 36 years as a broadcast manager working for ABC, NBC and CNN. His encore chapter of chasing life, serenity and longevity is as a certified yoga instructor and breathwork impressario, who brought his stress-relieving meditation and music bowls to the studio to help us all with cultivating mindfulness.
