Norwich City's new assistant head coach Glen Riddersholm has enjoyed quite the coaching journey from a Danish title with FC Midtjylland to a tough spell at Norrköping. 

He transitioned to Carrow Road to be second in command to Johannes Hoff Thorup in the summer and is loving life in the fine city.
