For this week’s check in with Glasgow based Pharmacist Elizabeth Roddick we are talking about urinary tract infections or UTIs as they are sometimes called.

Elizabeth began by explaining to RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey about some of the symptoms of UTIs which people might find a bit unpleasant and then too outlining some of the main causes of urinary tract infections.

Moving then on to any ways around the prevention of urinary tract infections.

Finally Elizabeth talked about some of the reasons why you might be advised to go to the pharmacy first about urinary tract infections.
