Todays Meditation is the perfect podcast for your daily walk. This is all about stepping forwards, being brave, putting one foot infront of the other and moving through the emotions.

My personal favourite is always a root chakra meditation as it feels so good to ground yourself and feel solid throughout the day. I really notice the days when I use this principal and when I don't.
