After the loss of her husband, Alison’s life was thrown upside down. Two years later, she shares some of the things she has done to give herself space to feel, grieve, and get angry—as well as helping her two daughters navigate the loss of their father. They have learned to make space for feelings, celebrate the wins, and mark the milestones. There is hope after grief, and Alison has found it.
