Hour 2: Tampa and Vegas moving on; Potential PP1 and Lineup look (7-2-24)

How much concern do we have that Tampa Bay and Vegas didn't want to keep Stamkos or Marchessault and should that give us pause with the Preds?  Do we think the Preds overpaid for any of the free agents and was it worth it?  How do we think the top power-play unit will look and will they load it up?  Do we believe Tampa Bay is making the right moves with their roster turnover?
