*sighs*

It’s been another rough month in Motorsport since the last time we did one of these. IndyCar lost a great driver, and a tremendous human being in Justin Wilson. We talk about his tragic accident at Pocono this past weekend and his impact on the sport, as he passes on at the age of 37.

We also talk about the IndyCar Season Finale as Scott Dixon won at Sonoma from 9th on the grid to win the Championship on COUNTBACK from Juan Pablo Montoya. We also talk about the collisions that shaped the Championship, and the incredible amount of salt thrown from the Rahal camp, as well as the Penske’s as Montoya… went full Montoya.

We also talk the Formula 1 news and Belgian Grand Prix, with Kimi Raikkonen being retained at Ferrari, Lotus potentially being bought out by Renault, as well as Charles Pic suing the team, as well as the blowouts that Nico Rosberg and Sebastian Vettel suffered over the weekend and how we’re bemused people were so adamant over what caused it for no real reason.

And finally, a brief review of MotoGP at Silverstone this weekend, with Valentino Rossi winning his 4th race of the season during a wet washout that badly affected Marc Marquez and Jorge Lorenzo, the former crashing, and the latter getting another case of wet weather “yips”. But it was Danilo Petrucci who stole the show, with Jack Miller taking headlines for the wrong reasons.

Thanks for listening, and I PROMISE it won’t be a month before we do another one of these!
