Welcome back to Texas and IndyCar's second race of 2022 as we hit up Texas for the Xpel 375 and it was very much a tale of two races! So much so we got a special guest along too - In Cam's chair, is Chris DeHarde, IndyCar co-editor for Frontstretch and writer for Motorsport Magazine and the Indianapolis Star!

We talk the race itself and its difficult spot on the calendar due to struggling ratings and racing as the PJ1 cement continued to play a hand in the race. Mind you, this one was better and we got an excellent fight for the win in the second half between Scott McLaughlin and Josef Newgarden, with the latter stealing it on the 248th and final lap!

We talk the title fight between Penske and Ganassi after all 7 cars finished in the Top 7, and to our surprise, we saw Jimmie Johnson shock the field with a 6th place finish!

We also talk Devlin DeFrancesco who had some teething problems as a rookie with three separate cautions he was responsible for, including a huge 3-car wreck involving him, Graham Rahal and Helio Castroneves!

All that and more in our IndyCar Texas Report!
