The leader of the Real-SPLM opposition group, Pa’gan Amum is proposing the adoption of a comprehensive plan to achieve lasting peace in South Sudan.
Amum also acknowledges collective responsibility for the problems being faced in the country and says the time has come to move on and focus on building peace.
