SPECIAL ENVOY MATHOM: "We are willing to change"

Head of the government delegation at the Nairobi Tumaini Peace Initiative reassures that 'this will be the last time the people of South Sudan are negotiating peace outside their country.'

In a statement on Friday, Special Envoy Albino Mathom Ayuel said the country's leaders are 'ready and willing to change' in the interest of peace. 

Special Envoy Mathom was addressing the delegates during a visit of the NOrwegian Foreign Minister, Mr. Espen Barth Eide.
