Dex Fabian is the co-founder and publisher of I Love the Burg and That’s So Tampa. Born in the Philippines, Dex is a first-generation immigrant who first moved to New York City and eventually planted roots in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is a creative communications specialist with over 20 years of experience in branding, design and marketing strategy. Dex has overseen the growth and development of what’s become Tampa Bay’s largest independent social media network and most popular hyper-local news sources. Andrew Harlan is a graduate of Eckerd College and has served as a reporter for I Love the Burg and That's So Tampa since 2014. He is an advocate for bicycle-friendly and walkable cities. In his free time, he performs cleanups at local parks, runs along the waterfront, traverses the Pinellas Trail, and visits St. Pete bookstores.
