Flint Michigan Wedding Sting

In 1986, General Motors closed down 7 major manufacturing plants in
and around Detroit. With thousands now jobless, the city saw a
massive increase in drug related crimes. Trying to combat this growing
problem, the local police departments, who were short staffed and
underfunded, needed to get creative. What they came up with led to
the arrest of dozens of dealers and is still occasionally used in training
today.
