Chatting Judo With 13-Year-Old Daniel Fiddes

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is movement, from small simple things like dancing around your kitchen or going out for a walk to doing martial arts and doing a tandem ride.
Today, our Paulina chats with one young man about his love of judo and how he fell in love with the sport.
