Opposition Groups Leader Pagan Amum Speaks on the Position of Non-Signatories at the Mediation Talks

Speaking on behalf of all non-signatory parties present at the talks, Pagan Amum said South Sudan is currently facing multiple crises ranging from climate change to stalled political processes. He said there is need for a new social contract that will define the type of a state South Sudanese will have and how they will manage their affairs.
