3 Ways to Ease Your Anxious Feelings

With the fast pace of this world, it’s no wonder we are finding ourselves in a constant state of anxious feelings. We think to ourselves that we will deal with it later until later never comes, and we find ourselves lying awake at night trying to process everything all at once.
The good news is that the Bible offers wisdom and encouragement in dealing with these feelings. In this episode, I'm talking through a few techniques for overcoming stress and anxiety through both a biblical and clinical perspective and offering practical examples of how to work through anxious feelings.
