Hour 2: Did Titans make the right move? Callahan calling plays (1-23-24)

Not everyone is convinced the Titans made the right move in firing Vrabel and going with an unproven coach.  Does the fact that Vrabel still doesn't have a new job mean the trade situation wasn't an option?  Vrabel hasn't won a Superbowl yet either.  How worrisome is it that Callahan didn't call plays in Cincinnati?
