PREVIEW:  Excerpt from a conversation later tonight with colleague Joseph Sternberg, in London for the WSJ, about the tragedy called the Post Office Scadal in which hundred and perhaps thousands of sub-postmasters were accused and persecuted as thieves from the cash drawer when in fact it was bad data from bad software from Japan.
