The Connecticut Department of Public Health has awarded seven organizations throughout the state funding to reduce community gun violence. One of those organizations is right here in Bridgeport. We spoke with Nancy Kingwood with Greater Bridgeport Area Prevention Program about the funding for one of its programs focused on teens missing father figures.
