Three federal appeals court judges appeared skeptical of Donald John's immunity arguments as they sharply questioned his lawyer over claims he can’t be prosecuted for his actions after the 2020 election because he was working in his official capacity as president to "ensure election integrity” and revisiting President Biden's speech at Mother Emmanuel AME Church that was disrupted by protestors.
