President Salva Kiir's remarks at the opening of the 7th Governors' Forum in Juba

At the opening of the forum in the capital Juba, President Salva Kiir expressed discontent with the performance of some states governors whom he says are not adhering to the revitalised peace agreement. President Kiir says the governors are firing state ministers who are not do ascribe to the governors' political parties. He says bodies that enforce the mechanisms of the peace agreement implementation must attend to the wayward conduct of governors.
