A kmfm listener has won £1,000

The Kent radio station's competition 'Thousand Pound Friday' invites listeners to enter via text or online from Thursday 6pm, with one entrant chosen at random 24-hours later to win!

With it being the last 'Thousand Pound Friday' of the year and with only 5 Christmas shopping weekends to go, it meant even more to win the competition.

Freya Harrison from Rainham was at home when she received the phone call from presenter, Rob Wills. It wasn't until he revealed his name that the penny dropped.
