Charity Chief Exec's Customer Update 25 November 2023
Season 2, Episode 243, Nov 24, 2023, 10:30 AM
Each week we sit down with Matt Stringer, CEO of RNIB, to look at some of the big stories coming from the UK sight loss charity.
Matt began this week by talking about the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement and how it will impact blind and partially sighted people, then to the opening of a colourful, friendly and welcoming Eye Care Liaison Officer (ECLO) room for visually impaired children and their parents at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and ending with a mention about RNIB’s Letter from Santa for young blind and partially sighted children to receive an accessible letter from Santa this Christmas.
If you, or someone you know, would like information on the support and services available from RNIB, go to www.rnib.org.uk
You can also call our Helpline on 0303 123 9999 or ask Alexa to call RNIB's Helpline.
