It has been a somewhat explosive week at the Covid inquiry, with Dominic Cummings, Lee Cain and Helen McNamara all appearing. Alongside the chaos in government, it became apparent that there was a bit of a "woman problem" i.e. there weren't many involved in the decision-making process. This had real-world consequences.
