The United Nations Special Representative of the Secretary General in South Sudan Nicholas Haysom says South Sudan being the last to sign the United Nations Charter means the country commits itself to peaceful resolution of disputes. Haysom says the United Nations family works closely with South Sudan to establish essential institutions that can enable sustainable to take root.
