Soon all I found were the wandering hordes of the undead, their drooling and open mouths reaching for me with their arms outstretched. The ones that had been dead for a while had always been the easiest to kill. They barely retain their humanity. Shambling around, barely able to stand and their bodies were mostly like leather having lingered in the sunlight for too long.
