If you’ve been listening for a while, you’ll notice today’s episode is a bit different, but the message is still the same. My passion is to help Christians address the very real mental health struggles they face from depression and anxiety to shame and fear. I’ve wrestled with these issues myself, and while God’s truth is key to us changing our thinking, it’s going to take more than quoting scripture to see real change. It’s time for us to address mental health in the church and my hope is that is podcast will be a first step toward facing off with your feelings and finding healing, hope, and freedom in Christ.

Rooting for you,
Jessica
