Vinny Giles: A Great American Amateur

His decision to remain a lifelong amateur golfer resulted in a storied career for Vinny Giles. The proud Virginian is the only player to win the U.S. Amateur, British Amateur and U.S. Senior Amateur. Four times he represented his country in the Walker Cup, and he captained the '93 U.S. squad to the largest margin of victory in the event. Many have also called him the greatest bunker player of all time.
