What can be done to foster non-violence?

Moses Monday John of the Organization for Non-violence and Development says South Sudan has traditions and cultures of peace that are at odds with the aggression that is witnessed in some parts of the country. He says the way forward is to imagine South Sudan beyond the disarmament exercise by planning on cutting off the weapons supply source and changing mindsets.
