Goodnight ocean

"Inspired by the recording of Vietnam Tuy Hoa Beach at Night, I composed a 4hz ambient binaural beat. I created it with the intention of helping listeners relax and ease into sleep.
I set the piece to 50bpm, mirroring a human's resting heartbeat. I then created a lo-fi ambient pad and wrote a chord progression to evoke the sense of a dark night. I slowed-down the audio recording, creating a better interaction between the chords and waves. Lastly, I incorporated the binaural beat beneath the other elements."
