Eau dormante [standing water]

"Unlike living water, still water does not move and remains silent. However, it is listening to the flow that causes a feeling of suspension, rest and stability. Starting from the soothing recording of the current of a river in which a few distant voices just emerge in its middle, it was populated with electronic sounds which could represent the evanescent images which are born from half-sleep. Rhythmic cycles, drones evocative of unstable weather, the ghosts of a fantastical fauna surround this aquatic moment."
