Sam Hart is joined by Keith Melrose and Richard Birch to preview the action from Newmarket, York & Ascot this weekend.
The panel start off by looking at the Newmarket card which features the Group 1 July Cup Stakes. Two differing opinions from the panel, but both very strong on their fancies.
In the second part of the show, the team switch their attention to York with the John Smith's Cup Handicap being the big race on their card. An open looking handicap, but who do the panel like?
In the final part of the Postcast the gentlemen focus on the two ITV races from Ascot which includes the Group 2 Summer Mile Stakes.
