Donna covers a California gold rush town that is now considered a ghost town, called Bodie.  It's the ruins of what was once a booming city, but some of the residents seem to have never left.  Also.. there might or might not be a curse. 

Kerri tells about the murder of Azita Nikooei.  A loving mother and fiancé who was killed and her body wasn't discovered for a long time.  Luckily, her bones were discovered and the case broke wide open again.
