We can not be in this state for ever - SPLM Secretary for External Relations Bol Makueng

South Sudanese have been urged to exercise mental liberation and avoid dependency on foreign aid. Speaking to Radio Miraya this morning during the special program to mark South Sudan’s 12th Independence Anniversary, SPLM Secretary for External Relations Bol Makueng said most of the people living in the Internally Displaced People IDP camps are not genuinely insecure.
