Today I want to talk about parental alienation, what it is, how it manifests and the effects of it.
A child who grows up being told by one parent that the other doesn’t love them and possibly never wanted them, will grow up experiencing confusion, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-hatred, loyalty conflict, guilt, lack of trust in relationships, fear of abandonment, to name a few.
