The Round table: Priorities of the 2023/2024 national budget

The 1.8 trillion South Sudanese Pounds national budget which was recently approved by cabinet is expected to be presented to parliament next week. Among the highlight in the 2023/2024 are the increment of salaries by 400 percent, Peace budget of 50 billion pounds, arrears that have accumulated in all the ministries to the tune of 50 billion pounds and the Constituency Development Fund.
