Malaysian employees demand higher salaries

Randstad Malaysia through a survey, revealing that over half of Malaysian employees feel that their salaries do not fairly reflect their work contributions. The report also shows that a majority of respondents received only up to a 5% salary increment in the past three months, and 91% of them would switch employers for a higher salary.
