1. Merit Group #MRIT - Trading Update
Merit Group, the data and intelligence business, is pleased to announce a positive post year end update on its financial trading performance for the year ended 31 March 2023 ("FY23").
The Group expects to report continuing operational revenues in FY23 of approximately £18.6m and Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations, ahead of market expectations by around 20%, at no less than £2.6million. The Group had net debt of £2.5m as at 31 March 2023.

Development of the Moroccan Tendrara Production Concession
· Phase 1 Micro LNG project
o Site preparation activities at the Tendrara TE-5 Horst commenced in March 2022
o Despite the disruptive events occurred in 2022 which delayed the activities, engineering and manufacturing are both progressing
o Phase 1 LNG delivery scheduled to commence in 2024

Net ticket sales of £4.3 billion, up 72% year on year and 16% higher than pre-COVID
Revenue of £327 million, up 74% YoY primarily driven by UK Consumer and International Consumer net ticket sales
Operating profit of £28 million, up from a £10 million operating loss in prior year
