Land, sky and sonic vibrations

"I recorded a number of versions using cut up and layering techniques. The original recording is busy, full of life and different rhythms. I honed in on the voices and used these along with some of the wilder sections to build layers adding soft synth guitars, re-recording and reversing. 

"I then played live on an SP 404 sampler the main sections and added back in some of the earlier re imagined recordings. I imagined everyone chilling after a day of frantic folk festivities on the beach as the sun sank into the water."
