Nurse Lucy Letby Allegedly Murdered Two Triplets After Returning From Vacation

Nurse Lucy Letby, accused of murdering a newborn, disagreed with a colleague's suggestion to move the infant to intensive care shortly before the baby's death. The shift leader, Melanie Taylor, testified that she had a "gut instinct" the baby was deteriorating but deferred to Letby's judgment. Letby denies murdering seven babies and attempting to murder 10 others between June 2015 and June 2016.
