Hour 3: Titans plan in the draft. Interest in C.J. Stroud? (4-27-23)

ESPN's Dianna Russini has the latest on the Titans draft plans.  What good does it do for the Titans telling everyone there is a player they like at pick 3?  How concerned should we be about Stroud's S2 score?  What about the report from Mike Florio that Hopkins could be included in the trade for the 3rd pick?
