Group Therapy: Haunted By Past Mistake

Jason made a big mistake at work (stole $3000) that got him fired over 10 years ago and it maybe should have landed him in jail. It didn’t but he’s having a hard time forgiving himself and fully moving past it emotionally. Also his family doesn’t know. So how's he move on?
