Group Therapy: Dating & Parenting

Anthony is a single dad to 4 kids sharing joint custody. He’s found it difficult to date & wondered if he should give up until the kids are grown? His r'ships seem to end because they think he ghosted them, or they realized how important his kids are & get scared. Any advice?
