Group Therapy: Penny's Prenup

Penny's fiancé is worth more than $3M and when she was presented with a prenup (they had discussed) she felt slapped in the face. Basically she'd only get 0.1% of his current worth. When she spoke to him about it, he called her a gold digger. Should she take this as a sign & run?
