Truthfulness

Truthfulness means for everyone something differently. Being able to communicate it with a loving and kind intention is of the essence when setting boundaries. The Noble Eightfold path in Buddhism speaks about this and knowing when to say something and not. Action speak always louder than words and the intention behind every word and action is of the essence. These principles can be used in any situation, no matter in your professional or private life.
