Have Your Say in Shaping New Special Educational Needs and Disability Policy
Thomas Pocklington Trust and the Department for Education are holding an event to hear from young people about their experiences of moving into education after the age of 16, and what the government should improve. Some of the questions they’d like your views on:

Have You Experienced Problems with Cost of Living Energy Vouchers?
This is to do with the vouchers that are being sent by the government as part of the cost of living energy assistance payments. RNIB’s Legal Rights Service are keen to hear of any instances at all where blind and partially sighted people have had problems with the vouchers being sent out.
The issuing of the vouchers, which are aimed at those with pre-payment meters, has been fraught with problems over the past few months, largely in relation to their not being issued in accessible formats. The team are currently liaising with Leigh Day Solicitors, who are looking to pursue this matter.
