Looking at newly released stats - a LOT changed in February

The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors released its market stats through the month of February, and there are some juicy tidbits in here. Prices flatlined YoY, inventory went up but remained low, and pending sales and closings showed surprising strength. But more importantly, there were a lot of big changes versus previous months that warrant our attention.
