#Accountability: Gabby Petito's Parents Sue Police Officer for Failing to Arrest Brian Laundrie

Gabby Petito's family is seeking justice in the form of a $50 million lawsuit against Utah police officer Eric Pratt for his alleged failure to uphold his duty in responding to a domestic violence incident involving Petito and Brian Laundrie. The lawsuit claims that Pratt failed to recognize the signs of abuse and ignored Petito's injuries, ultimately allowing Laundrie to continue his violent behavior, which ultimately resulted in Petito's death. The lawsuit is one of several legal actions taken by Petito's family in their quest for justice and accountability in the tragic case.
