Wellbeing - Jess and Eating Disorders - Hope Street Podcast

Episode 68,   Mar 10, 2023, 12:53 PM

Warning/Trigger Warning – This podcast discusses some very sensitive issues, including suicide.

Today, in association with Hope Street, I speak to Jess, a Hope Street member and volunteer who tells us about her experiences with Anorexia Nervosa. Jess is a great communicator and tells us about her life so far, her healing strategies and the road to recovery. We also chat about other eating disorders and the role of media and trauma in triggering these reactions.
