Man Killed His Grandfather, Stomped On His Head To “Finish Him Off” | True Crime Today

A Delaware County jury deliberated for just over five hours before finding Trent D. Kreegar guilty of one count of murder and one count of aggravated battery in the death of his grandfather. Kreegar, 26, was convicted of beating his grandfather with a cinder block, throwing a steel wheelbarrow on him, and stomping on the victim’s head to “finish him off.”
