Setting the Bar: Stolen Toilet Paper and THIS??

It amazes me what people decide they need to steal… I could justify toilet paper… but THIS? If you can manage to make it through the day without stealing the pipes along with toilet paper from a fast food restaurant…. you’re doing OK!
